who we areSarah Jepson
Sarah’s entire career has been in PR and marketing. Initially working in-house for the largest group of estate agents in the South West and then for a leading renewables company, Sarah decided to leave the world of in-house marketing and form her own boutique marketing agency, Attention Marketing.
Operating for a little over a decade, the agency has earned the reputation of offering dynamic, integrated and strategic marketing. Having worked across a number of industries, including property and food and drink, Sarah’s 20+ years of experience provides her with the knowledge to identify the best tools and platforms to amplify her clients and their causes.
In addition to a History and Visual Arts degree, Sarah also holds a diploma qualification from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and in addition to running the agency, Sarah has also held non-executive positions and established a successful female-only entrepreneurs club.
Six Degrees
Founded by Sarah Jepson, Six Degrees is an Exeter-based private members club created for entrepreneurial women. In its first year, membership grew to over 200 and the aim of the club is to create a community where like-minded business women can form beneficial relationships. Offering a confidential space where women can meet, prior to COVID Six Degrees hosted regular networking events which included monthly breakfasts and guest speaker events including talks by inspirational business women.

A full service marketing agency founded by Sarah Jepson, Attention Marketing offers a wide range of marketing and PR services. From website creation, branding, digital marketing and PR, the company’s main ambition is to offer integrated and intelligent marketing. Having worked with a number of businesses across many industries, Attention Marketing are experienced at listening to their clients and understanding their business goals and crafting creative and appropriate strategies to help them reach their targets.

Dean Breyley
Dean has spent the last 7 years helping the Leadership Teams of entrepreneurial Organisations to run better, more effective, easier to scale, and simpler to manage companies.
Having worked with over 60 different businesses in this time, his work has covered the length and breadth of the UK & Ireland across a diverse range of industries, business models, and value propositions; for companies of all sizes from Start-Ups to VC/PE Backed organisations.
Whether the vision for these organisations has been on increasing revenue & profit, operational efficiency, building healthy functional effective teams, or helping to exit founders/owners from their positions, the focus has always been on helping the owners and leadership teams to get what they want from the organisation and help the company reach its full potential.
As a British entrepreneur, Dean started and ran several businesses in his early twenties. It was during a turbulent time with a business partner in a previous company that he began to question; “Should running your own business really feel so tough, so much of the time?”
Knowing that the relationship with his business partner at this time was beyond repair, the decision was made to exit that business and find the next opportunity. This time, it was helping to scale another Digital Agency. Thanks to some Agency peers, he was soon introduced to EOS and that led to the realisation; “It didn’t have to be so tough!”
Dean now also holds the Community Leadership Role for the European Community of Professional EOS Implementers on behalf of EOS Worldwide and recently, two of the teams Dean has worked with have been proud to be awarded the prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise.
Property investment
Dean & Sarah also invest in Property, working with the largest Property Training Network in the UK through various investment strategies, deal types, and transformation projects.
Non-executive and Board of Trustees
